MANUAL SPRAY GUN

I. SPRAY GUN FOR RELEASE AGENT

With compact, light weight and wide tulip pattern, the gun features easy handling for narrow space and short distance spraying.

FEATURE

1. Easy handling due to locating air and liquid joints at bottom of grip.

2. Less tiring design due to compact and light weight.

3. From the background that more waterborne release agent has been used:

   ・Body is made of forged aluminum+alumite treatment for corrosion-proof.

   ・Parts mountes on body are mostly made of stainless steel for rust prevention.

   ・Body is treated with pearskin (sandy) finish for slippery release agent.

4. Max. flow rate 180mℓ/min, nozzle orifice size 0.6mm.

5. Fluid adjusting and pattern adjusting knobs have a locking mechanism.

6. Option gun hook:

    Gun hook can be fixed on top of gun or side of grip.

    Gun can be hung on worker's belt etc by it

II. SPRAY GUN FOR CERAMIC COATING

Both fluid needle and tip of fluid needles are made of tungsten carbide.

APPLICATION

Ideal for spraying abrasive fluids such as enamels, ceramic glaze, abrasives.

Seat material of nozzle and needles is tungsten carbide. High abrasion resistant

Available to select special seat and change a type of cementes carbides, depending on fluid property (Viscosity, Size of solid content, Abrasion property). Also available to select special round cap to meet work shapes.

III. SPRAY GUN FOR HIGH VISCOSITY LIQUID

(Less than 100mPa・s) and adhesive etc.

Fluid nozzle and fluid needle are made of stainless steel which permits spraying of even water borne adhesives.

IV. SPRAY GUN FOR ADHESIVE

Spray glue (Viscosity: about 3000mPa.s).

Using spray mounted automotive furniture, wood furniture, insulation.

FEATURE

1. Able to atomize high viscosity adhesive. Creating wide pattern.

2. Stable coating with heavy flow.

3. Reducing leak from top of nozzle and keeping high repeatability.

V. SPRAY GUN FOR TWO-COMPONENT ADHESIVE

SG-496B 2-head spray gun specifically for 2 component glue spray.

FEATURE

1. Mizing base compound and hardner on coating surface.

2. No stuck in tank, spray gun and hose due to non-premixed.

Adhesive heat insulator, thermal insulator, petition, chair parts, sofa, mattress, air-conditioner intereior material and so on.
