AUTOMATIC SPRAY GUN

I. SERIES TOF-20

1. Able to apply a wide pattern.

2. Compact type spray guns with common use of piston operating air and atomizing air using one piping system.

3. Equipped with atomizing air adjusting function. Applying with low overspray can be obtained by narrowing only atomizing air volume.

4. Pattern adjusting set is equipped.

APPLICATION 

Applying liquid of high viscosity, applying large pattern.

II. SERIES TOF-30

1. Able to apply a wide pattern.

2. Operating air and atomizing air are separated, therefore, they can apply to at low pressure under 0.25MPa, since atomizing air can be controlled regardless of piston operating pressure.

3. Equipped with pattern adjusting set.

(Since atomizing air path has no control mechanism, it is necessary to install a two-way solenoid valve.)

APPLICATION 

Applying liquid of high viscosity, applying large pattern.

III. SERIES TOF-5B/ 5RB

1. Compact-type spray guns with common use of piston operating air and atomizing air using the same piping Easy to mount on machines due to lightweight, compact and simple design.

2. Pattern adjusting set is equipped (only TOF-5B) (However, it cannot apply to under 0.25MPa, since piston operating air needs more than O.25MPa.)

3. When applying at low pressure, use TOF-6B or TOF-30.

IV. SERIES TOF-6B/ 6RB

1. Operating air and atomizing air are separated, therefore, they can apply to at low pressure under 0.25MPa, since atomizing air can be controlled regardless of piston operating pressure.

2. Due to lightweight, compact and simple design. it is easy to mount on machines.

3. Pattern adjusting set is equipped (only TOF-6B) (Since atomizing air path has no control mechanism, it is necessary to install a two-way solenoid valve).
